The mission of Central Montana Community Health Center is “Providing Central Montana access to Quality, Affordable, Preventative and Primary Health Care”.

Board of Directors

Central Montana Community Health Center is governed by a volunteer community board composed of a minimum 51% consumer membership. We are a not-for-profit Community Health Center, organized and operated under federal HRSA guidelines. The board of directors meets monthly to set policy, provide oversight and ensure the fiscal integrity of the organization.
